Get In Touch
You don't need to be an artist. You just need to be willing to show up and explore.
About this service
Anne designs and facilitates creative, expressive programs for individuals, communities and organisations. Using art, movement, writing and reflective practice, these programs create a pathway for emotional exploration and nervous system regulation.
Programs are grounded in trauma-informed principles and co-designed with participants where possible - ensuring they meet the unique needs and context of each group.
What to expect
How programs work
The program
Structured around a theme or therapeutic goal, each program uses creative modalities (visual art, movement, writing, music) to support exploration and expression.
The group
Held in a safe, supportive group environment. Participants are guided through activities that encourage reflection, connection and self-discovery at their own pace.
The outcome
Programs are designed to build emotional vocabulary, regulation skills and a sense of community belonging - outcomes that extend well beyond the sessions themselves.
